This room left a pretty unpleasant impression on us. The host didn’t allow us to finish the game for 3 lousy minutes and opened the game on 62 minutes with the words “What happened?”. I would have given them a piece of my mind, but we had to go back to the road to Sofia, and I didn’t have the time nor the possibility. We are clients. We are aware you have statistics to maintain, and you need time to reset the room and to greet the next group, but still, the feeling that we won and got out for us is important. We don’t mind if you write that we didn’t get out in time, put the team on the “fail” statistics, but leave us to finish the damn room. Help us when we are stuck but NEVER, NEVER open the goddam door. Even if this had interesting gameplay or puzzles, hosts could bring you down, and the experience and memories are bitter.
Still, I need to acknowledge that we play in the same company another room and it was fantastic. Also, the room changed owners in 2018, so I would say it save to visit and play, new owners, are great.
