Currently, the room is known as “The voice of the Captain” and belongs to Escape Zone Plovdiv.

The voice of the captain

Fury team: George GeorgievJordan Danchev, Vasil JoskovDimitar SmilyanovNadezhda Danabasheva
Date: February 11, 2017
Our time: 38:05 minutes (room record at the time of the visit for the whole six hours, the Offline team found out that we had a record, jumped the car and specifically came to kick our butts. In this story, only butt-kicking is true, you know, but we are keeping are six hours record we don’t give it for anything in the world 🤣)

As the story tells, on a cold February day, Fury, after a three-month escape drought, sleepy and rusty showed with Plovdiv with the idea to meet the captain and see what he had to offer. They were welcomed by three lovely ladies as if the boys of the team needed even more distraction. Nadia thought it was a trick to slow them down, like sirens in the sea that are luring pirates and then dragging them into the depths. And with this, we are sure that team Offline is involved 😀

The room is arranged in the spirit of most escape rooms we have been in. Most puzzles didn’t bother us, as time shows, some of them were very thoughtful and elegant, though one we solved by pure luck (it was not on purpose, I swear). We also lost 2 minutes because we didn’t find that something had opened somewhere because as always Fury are all on the same puzzle even there are plenty and everyone was giving Dancho pieces of advice how to ride… the train. If I have any remarks, they are in the second room. The interior can definitely be improved. The feeling is that in the first room you tried to finish the details and in the second you were in a hurry, and some things were just left unfinished. The puzzle with the balls and magnets is what won the boys and was a conversation topic for a long time 🙂

Mental Gap about us:

The captain was extremely excited on Saturday. He was looking forward to welcoming on board, not just anyone, but Fury. Slightly worried and obviously there was a reason … A new record was set and held for a whole 6 hours – 38:05. The team came with the warning that they were slightly “rusty”. Well, we watched, we watched and we didn’t see anything “rusty” 🙂 We can only imagine what could have been 🙂 Undoubtedly it was one of the most impressive games in Mental Gap. Thank you 🙂
