Many escape enthusiasts furiously recommended this room, and we went with great expectations, and I can immediately say our expectations were 100% met. To begin with the interior, with very small remarks, a truly impressive performance. We end up in an Egyptian temple and, of course, follow the footsteps of Indiana Jones, who conveniently disappeared, leaving us puzzles to solve. Our first comments after entering were related to the memories of a Sofia Egyptian room with “modern movie effects” which, in the end, turned out to be a smoke machine that the operator goes through the room before our game. The case here is, of course, different, we find ourselves in a room with an Ark of the covenant, smoke is constantly emitting around it and a mysterious light coming out. We immediately immerse in the story.
The room puzzles are great, logical and tidy. The only small note we mentioned after the end of the game was that certain hideouts were opening so quietly that we needed a little nudge like “dudes, something just opened up, look around”. Am absolute guarantee for success – mechanical puzzles, puzzles with light (this one I personally loved, saw it in a movie and always wanted to try), rebuses on the walls, laser pointing, aiming giant lasers (the guys were ecstatic 😂), the danger of falling objects, we are finally faced with a choice (which was expected). We are out in 45 minutes, and we are super happy with the result because the room is designed to be played for 75. Not for a moment did I feel tired or bored, every next task pulled me forward, and my emotions and adrenaline were maxed out. A great example of an adventure room, we highly recommend it.

Back in the day, we exited this room with excitement, and at the time, it was the best Egyptian-themed room we had played. Alas, it is no longer the case because Romania, and Bucharest in particular, has its Artifact. This by no means implies that the room should be skipped. Perhaps the most eloquent opinion about Indiana’s latest adventure is that we recommended it to the new additions to Fury, who came to play rooms on Romanian soil for the first time. With sadness, I learned that The Hobbit did not happen, and considering all the wannabe LOTR rooms in this city, a quality one would have performed brilliantly. 🥺
