we were buzzing with energy—warmed up, in sync, and ready for the next challenge: The Secret of da Vinci 2.0. This was a room that had been bought, revamped with care and passion, and now awaited its next worthy team. We didn’t set out to crush it… but we did.

Once again, it felt like the puzzles solved themselves. We’d spot an element and instantly know what it connected to, what it meant, what to do. Not to toot our own horns, but when puzzles are built on solid logic and intuitive flow, they click. In our case, the team composition helped tremendously. Just the three of us—Dimitar and I, both seasoned and prone to overthinking, and Stani, the sharp newcomer with fresh eyes. We were a well-oiled machine.
The theme may not be the most groundbreaking—uncovering Leonardo da Vinci’s legendary pursuit of eternal life—but the execution was spot on. The setting immersed us in the world of a secretive Order, led by a devoted follower of da Vinci, as we worked to uncover the truth behind his rumored immortality.
What made this room stand out is how faithfully it stayed within the world of da Vinci. No screens, no out-of-place tech. You’re in a cabinet of curiosities, flipping through manuscripts, manipulating clever contraptions—exactly as if you were one of da Vinci’s own apprentices. Everything made sense. Nothing felt forced or disconnected from the story.
As someone who’s long been fascinated by Leonardo da Vinci’s genius, I appreciated the historical accuracy and respect with which this room was crafted. It wasn’t just a room themed after him—it felt like an homage.
Verdict: If you’re a fan of escape rooms and Leonardo da Vinci, this one is a must. Engaging, logical, immersive, and full of charm. A worthy successor to Excalibur and another win for Evadat.
