This room will probably remain my favorite in Belgrade. This is entirely my choice, and I will not get mad if you don’t share the same opinion. What I mean is that the room is tailored for me, but that doesn’t mean that it meets the established acceptance requirements of the mainstream audience. The feeling I had when we escaped this room was triumphant and victorious, and we were all enjoying ourselves as little children … which means that sometimes, without a specific explanation, the room just goes under your skin, and someone did a great job and created an experience for you.
Robin Hood had everything that makes me feel “all warm and fuzzy”. It has a lovely interior tailored to the theme era, lots of mechanical puzzles, and the sound system helps you feel right on a rainy night at the Nottingham Sheriff’s Office. I didn’t think I would live long enough to enjoy a padlock, but here I saw one with two keys, the old one, the massive one, and … it didn’t annoy me because it was totally in tune with everything in the room. We found the truth about our team: if we have to feed our families while hunting with a bow, we will all die from starvation. Also, truth, sometimes we are so quick with solving puzzles that the game master misses that we are done, and we are holding the precious thing in our hands for at least 5 minutes. And with that, we set a record for the room.
Also, prases for the most original mechanic to enter the next room.
