The end of an era, as they say, has come. Of course, I’m dramatizing, but in the last few months, the games with Nick and the team from YouEscape literally became an escape from the news, the pandemic, and reality. Today, we played the last of the 14 rooms, and from now on, we have no choice but to wait for our hosts to prepare new games, which I sincerely hope will happen soon.
These games are not classic escape rooms, but the time spent solving puzzles with them always, always passes unnoticed, and each time, I am amazed at how much creativity and passion are invested in every step—a truly well-hidden treasure in the world of enthusiasts. Not to mention that from a purely practical, financial point of view, they have no analog – some of the cheapest online entertainment we’ve found.
